Step 1:  Completed all steps for OTP Base coat and OTP Gel Colors

Step 2:  Apply OTP Blooming gel and create nail art with marble ink and cure for 30 secs under an OTP LED lamp and 2 mins UV lamp.

Step 3: Apply a thin layer of OTP Healthy Soak Off Top Gel-No Clean and cure for 30 secs under an OTP LED lamp and 2 mins UV lamp.
