Step 1: Gently buff the shine off the nails with the fine buffer or file. Push back all the cuticles and prep the nails with Bond.
Step 2: Apply a thin layer of OTP Dipping Base, no LED/UV Light needed.
Step 3: Dip a 1st thin layer of OTP Dip powder color, and dries almost instantly, no need to light cure.
Step 4: Repeat same as step 2 and step 3.
Step 5: Apply a thin layer of OTP Activator.
Step 6: Gently buff the nail and apply the OTP Dipping Top.
